Guarantee:
If you don't receive the results we agreed upon in writing
at the start of the project, we'll do the project a second
time at no extra cost.
Limitations will be spelled out at the beginning of the
project.
Keep in mind we have no
control over:
1. What a reporter's, editor's, journalist's, producer's
need and mood are on any given day.
2. What a show or publication deems newsworthy at any given
time.
3. Acts of God or wars that pre-empt your scheduled
interview or profile.
4. Employment changes at a given show or publication.
5. Choices you make that do not follow our advice and
recommendations.
6. Competitors who scoop you.
7. The quality of your performance in interviews.
8. The effect of other publicists' work who you hired
concurrently or in the past.
9. Editors who cut important details from a piece about you
for space.
10. Journalists who write something different than what you
want written.
