Telephone stand
The base of the telephone stand is a fish tank stand, on top is a shelf from TV stand... both of these were received for free. The basket holding the phone books came from a trash heap in front of a home, and the chalk board for messages was also free. The lamp came from a neighbor who had planned to donate it to the Salvation Army or Goodwill. The clock was left in a home by the previous owner. The glass pen holder was a wedding gift and the glass key dish was also a gift. The phone, while purchased, was refurbished. The phone is positioned right next to the front door, mainly because that's where the phone jack and an electrical outlet exist together.
