Call to discuss your project. An estimate can be provided
once we have seen the scope of the project. Our rate for
corporate management companies and home owners is the same.

To schedule work we need at least one week before a unit is
to be shown or occupied.
* It's preferred that the
unit to be cleaned, painted and repaired be
unoccupied, without
furniture, if possible.
* Our work is superior to that done by minimum wage
workers, and guaranteed.
* Ask about project rates.
Retainers for ongoing assignments may be arranged.
* 4 hour minimum for each project ($100);
full day is $175.00.
* Cost of special supplies
required for assignments are not included in fees.
* Work is done outside of
office hours, quietly on evenings and weekends. Noisy
activities like vacuuming and hammering are done when
residents in the building are least likely to be disturbed.
* We are non-smokers.
* Acceptable payment: cash,
cheque, money order, credit card, PayPal (online), and
Traveler's Cheques.
