Rates for Individuals/Families
For
general work, these are Andrea Reynolds'
standard fees for clients in City of
Erie, PA and Millcreek. Some rates are higher for more
complicated services.
*Hourly:
$20 (Think: $5 per 15 minutes)
2 hours: $40
3.5 hour half-day: $70
**7 hour day: $140
35 hour week: $700
20 day month (4 weeks): $2800
25 day month (175 hours): $3500
*Rate for
home staging homes for sale is $60 an hour
because of the
complexity of the assignment, and because the quality of my
service is critical to the success of your home sale. I
will do my best to increase your, or your client's, home's
potential profit (or your agent/broker's commission) when
I'm compensated adequately for my wisdom, experience and
skills.
** Full day (8 hours) of home staging is
$480 plus expenses (estimated in advance for
your approval). Depending on the number of rooms and amount
of work required, staging may require 1-7 days depending on
the work to be done and size of the home.
Payment
I can
accept multiple forms of payment. Please advise in advance
how you will be paying.
- Cash
- PayPal
- Cheque/check, made payable to Andrea Reynolds.
- In most cases payment is due at the end of the project, before I leave the premises.
- Please have payment ready. A receipt is always provided.
- With new clients I do ask for a 50% deposit to cover the cost of materials and supplies we must purchase on your behalf.
- When the deposit exceeds the total of supplies and services provided, either a refund is provided or you may ask for more tasks to be done.
Finders Fees
I offer a reward of $10 for each new client who gives me work totaling at least $100 or more, brought to me by you. Example: If someone hires me because you sent them to me and they give me a project or assignment totaling $200, you will receive $20 as a small token of my appreciation. This can be a gift certificate or cash: your choice. The more they pay me, the bigger your reward.
Tipping
If you are happy with my services, tipping is not required, but always appreciated. A glowing letter of recommendation and referrals to your network of friends, relatives and co-workers is preferable and very welcome.
