These are Andrea Reynolds' standard fees for 2010.
Two-hour minimum.
*Hourly: $60
2 hours: $120
3.5 hour half-day: $210
**7 hour day: $420
35 hour week: $2100
20 day month (4 weeks): $8400
25 day month (175 hours): $10,500
*Rate
for home staging homes for sale is $100 an hour
because of the
complexity of the assignment, and because the quality of my
service is critical to the success of your home sale. I
will do my best to increase your, or your client's, home's
potential profit (or your agent/broker's commission) when
I'm compensated adequately for my wisdom, experience and
skills.
** Full day of home staging is $795 plus expenses
(estimated in advance for your approval). Depending on the
number of rooms and amount of work required, staging may
require 1-7 days.
Payment
Handy
Ande can accept multiple forms of payment. Please advise in
advance how you will be paying.
- Cash
- PayPal
- Cheque/check, made payable to Andrea Reynolds.
- In most cases payment is due at the end of the project.
- With new clients I do ask for a 25% deposit to cover the cost of materials and supplies we must purchase on your behalf.
- When the deposit exceeds the total of supplies and services provided, either a refund is provided or you may ask for more tasks to be done.
Finders Fees
Handy Ande offers a reward of $10 for each new client who gives us work totaling at least $100 or more, brought to us by you. Example: If someone hires me because you sent them to us and they give me a project or assignment totaling $200, you will receive $20 as a small token of my appreciation. This can be a gift certificate or cash: your choice.
Tipping
If you are happy with my services, tipping is not required, but always appreciated. A glowing letter of recommendation and referrals to your network of friends, relatives and co-workers is preferable and very welcome.
