Tipping
If you are happy with the
service tipping is not required, but always appreciated. A
glowing letter of recommendation or referrals to your
network of friends, relatives and co-workers are also very
welcome.

certain situations, Handy
Ande may be willing to accept barter or trade. For example:
when traveling she may agree to exchange services at a Bed
& Breakfast for lodging, but this must be agreed upon
in advance. If she completes her assignment in less time
than your deposit there could be a refund or you could
provide more tasks to do.
