I'm currently working on a new nonfiction book , The Kindness Experiment, based on my 13 years of personal experience traveling openly as a writer on a mission in Canada and the United States. Are you currently selling your home? Need to sell it fast? I've brought and sold two homes without a real estate agent and everything went smoothly. Often - with one exception - I've brought an agent into the mix my interests were definitely not looked after. In fact, the agents bungled nearly everything, required my constant supervision, and cost me substantially more than necessary. I doubt if I will ever use the services of a real estate agent again.
