$10,000 per keynote presentation for the past year and you
must agree to have Andrea Reynolds handle every inquiry and
invitation that comes to you. No exceptions. You must not
be represented by any other bureau or agency. No

Which
speakers will benefit from exclusive
representation?
1.
You DON'T need someone to generate speaking engagements for
you.
2. You have more requests
for speaking engagements than you have time
for.
3. You dislike having to
discuss fees and often take whatever you are first offered
even if you suspect you could have been paid twice or five
times the amount you accepted.
4. Your personal assistant
doesn't have the experience, desire or chutzpah to
negotiate good contract terms and fees for
you.
5. Your lawyer either
doesn't want to act as a speaker agent or has a contract so
unfriendly that it scares off meeting
planners.
6. You want only one
person to handle all incoming speaker inquiries and report
them to you weekly rather than two dozen bureaus calling

1. You have been
consistently receiving speaking contracts for keynote
presentations of no less than $10,000 per
talk.
2. Your name is easily
recognized in some fields or industries, if not
nationally.
3. There is a demand
for you to appear in public.
4. You have retained
Andrea Reynolds International at some time for a
promotional campaign.
What
does exclusive representation mean?

1. You agree to
immediately refer and turn over all inquiries and
invitations from meeting planners, other agents and
bureaus to Andrea Reynolds for her assessment of their
individual merit.
2. You agree not to be
represented by, nor accept work from any other speaker
agency or speaker bureau in the world while working with
Andrea Reynolds, without her
participation.
3. You agree to not
accept any speaking engagements that have not been
booked by Andrea Reynolds.
4. You agree to
disclose all current contracts that have not yet been
fulfilled.
5. You agree to
disclose all current inquiries and invitations which you
are considering and about which you have entered into
discussion.
6. You agree not to
omit or expect to exempt any organizations from your
agreement with Andrea Reynolds.
7. You agree not to
speak for free, except for prior-indicated charitable
events listed in the agreement.
8. You understand that
violation of the agreement with Andrea Reynolds
constitutes a breach of contract and may be subject to
legal action.
9. You agree not to
undercut the fees Andrea Reynolds negotiates for
you.
10. You agree to list
Andrea Reynolds on your web site's contact page as your
only contact for speaking engagements and
appearances.
11. You agree to permit
Andrea Reynolds to engage in friendly negotiations on
your behalf with meeting planners and speaker bureaus
who contact her with a speaking opportunity for
you.
Contact Andrea Reynolds

reached a level of success which motivates you and
qualifies you to be represented exclusively by
her.
Andrea has been able
to
increase speakers' stated fees by as much as
50-80%,
and on rare occasions as much as
double and triple the speaker's fees.
Even when subtracting her commission you gain significantly
