I will represent you if....
1. You are receiving an average of 10
inquiries or invitations to speak each month, and the groups
have indicated a desire and ability to pay you.
2. I think your speaking style is professional
as evidenced by my observation of your performance or a viewing
of a tape (video or DVD) of a live presentation (not a contrived
performance, an infomercial or a television interview). Mail
tapes to either of the addresses on my contact
page.
3. You have completed the Speaker
Data Sheet found on this web site.
4. You have a highly sought after subject
and the credentials to back it up that few others have.
5. You have developed a "platform"
as a speaker with the media and press that positions you as the
leading expert in your niche - but for your expertise
and not for a book or product.
6. You have purchased and read my 3 reports on speaking fees, promotion
and amenities speakers deserve OR you have attended my online
class on brilliant speaking contracts
OR you have attended my seminar/class
on Building Your Advice Empire.
7. You will sign a written contract that
I handle every speaking engagement inquiry and invitation that
comes to you without exception.
8. You agree not to speak for free or
for only book sales and/or travel and accommodation expenses
without my knowledge and consent.
9. You agree to an agent commission rate
of:
- 30% of the speaking fees negotiated
for engagements I procure for you.
- 15% of the speaking fees negotiated
for engagements you receive and refer to me.
10. You can show me you are currently
earning speaking fees of no less than US $10,000 each, not including
book/product sales or expenses for travel, food, lodging.
