About your order
When using PayPal, be sure PayPal has your correct reply email address. We have had to cancel orders and refund payment as a last resort when customers give us contact information that is out-of-date and we have no way to contact them.
Orders for printed materials are usually processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Please be sure we have your correct and up-to-date mailing address. Refunds on printed materials: Sometimes people forget to give us an address and don't reply to email which means we can't send the order. We wait a week or two and if we hear nothing we send a refund.
Orders for digital materials are "hand-delivered" by Andrea Reynolds herself as PDF attachments in her email reply to you. It may not be instantaneous. She's a high-touch, low-tech publisher, but is online 12-14 hours a day and will endeavor to send your materials to you as soon as she receives your order. It could take a few minutes to a few hours, but always the same day.
Refunds for electronic documents: We think it's not fair to ask us for a refund after you have opened and read the publication you ordered. It's our experience that many people aren't willing to do the work we recommend in our manuals and books. We suggest you try at least 6 ideas (wholeheartedly) before you toss the publication aside or delete it. Before you place an order, feel free to send an email asking the questions you want to know.
However, sometimes a buyer will order a publication twice by mistake. Before filling the order we always ask if that is the buyer's intention. If not, we quickly refund the price of the duplicate book. Sometimes a buyer will purchase two books that have similar information; we explain the difference and ask if the buyer still wants both. If he/she doesn't want both, we don't send the second book.
